lost phone

May you assist me with cell C. I reported that my phone got lost and I even filled some forms at Eastgate branch. I have even forgotten the number of the phone. They are still sending me the bill yet I reported that the phone got lost. Now they are sending me the bill through email. When I phoned them wanting to explain my situation, the lady I spoke to was very rude to me telling me to phone the cancellation department, that department I hold for ever no one assisted me.
