Lost of income and contract is terminated.

I have been a Cell C customer since 2007 and never was I late with any payments. I lost my job in Jan 2025. I sent all the relavant information to them. I got feedback to say it was at the credit department. I told them I can not pay the monthly installments. Yet to receive a sms saying that my contract is cancelled. I have have mailed them and asked how is this even possible.I recently got a new job. And arrange for payment but no joy. All my contracts all my family members are with Cell C if I knew this is how they treat loyal customers I would have taken my contracts somewhere else.If I could I would not even do business with them.They can't phone me because my number they have is totally cut off.
