Lost lte signal

I have an issue with cell c lte service. I have an lte contract with a third party wk dienste. I did my research and my area is covered for cell c lte. It still shows on the website that it is covered. I even called the call Centre and checked. It was working fine until the 21st when it went dead. My service provider says it is a signal drop from cell c and I am still waiting for feedback. Cell c still shows there is cover in my area and yet I don't get cover. I am on the 4th floor so reception shouldn't be an issue. I was getting good speed of between 30 and 40mbs. Now nothing. I need some answers.
