Lost in the System

<p>I book in my phone for repairs on the 24th of May 2016.<br />I treid following up to see how the repairs are coming along and was unable to get any result.<br />Here are the call dates & times (repairs do not have referance numbers):<br />8/6 11:24<br />9/6 15:04<br />10/6 09:00<br />13/6 08:18</p> <p>On each of these calls I requested a callback with some feedback regarding my phone. No callback yet.<br />As a matter of face after 20 days the only thing they can tell me is that my phone has been booked in.<br />Job No: PRE751371</p>
