lost airtime and data

I put airtime on my phone and tried putting data on, cell c then took the airtime and gave me no data when I phoned their call centre they refused to help so I phoned head office and same story so I then told them that they should help me and either give my airtime back or but data on and the person said no so why and they kept quite when I told them I'm going to tell this story on hello peter they then said enjoy and hanged up
