Lost a customer
I just wanted to do a sim swap since my new phone needs a micro sim. Spoke to Zanele from their call centre and she asked me few personal questions and she just said she can't do a sim card and no real reason provided. <br> <br> I'm a good pre-paid customer and records are there for them to see and have lost me as their customer.<br> <br> I will keep the number and migrate to Vodacom

The reason could have been based on the security check which the consultant did with you by asking those personal questions. However, she was supposed to advise you, apologies for that.
