loss of reinstated benefits

Hi, on 9.07.15 Danielle helped me and my lost benefits of 53 mins 47 sms's and 150mb of data complaint - these were given back to me. I categorically asked if there would be a time limit for these to be used and was advised that there would not be a time limit. Now today 01.09.15 I see that my 30mb of data has not been added to my accumulated data - probably because it would bring me over the 3 x 30mb data that is normally allowed to be accumulated. However, I was told that this would not be the case - so I should be allowed 3 x 30 - plus effectively the amount that was corrected in your system after my first complaint. Please can this mb be added back on to my sim card. I think I had about 100mb data accumulated by the end of yesterday - and so my balance should have been 130mb after the new benefits were added to day. Many thanks.
