Losing my spouse's number

<p>My husband passed away and I went to a Cell C store to report the death. I didn't understand what my options were but the agent reported the death and provided me with a reference number. When I called in to ask about the next steps, I was bounced around to the legal department.</p> <p> </p> <p>They advised that they did not receive any documents. Upon submitting the death certificate, my husband's line was terminated. It was not converted to prepaid, I was given no options. His number is no lost. He's had that number since I met him. I can't lose that number too. Please can you help me get my husband's number back?</p>
