Looking for a specific Salesperson

I have always had good experiences when dealing with Cell C. I recently had a call from an agent that offered me a new contract deal. I have been trying to get hold of him. I have made numerous calls to Cell C and I have spoken to a number of agents. I understand that they have limited time allowed for a call, but I feel they could have taken my contact details and asked a team leader to assist with my request. Instead, I was mostly transferred to another person, with the same response. In some cases, I was told what their office hours are, which was irrelevant. Many other salespersons contacted me, but not the person I am looking for. Is there a number that I can call that will be able to assist? The staff were always friendly, I just think they didn't know what to do about my request.
