LOOK OUT! CELL C CAPTURES WRONG ITC INFORMATION!!

I had two accounts with Cell C the one was initially opened in 2013 and the other one in 2014, Cell C handed over my accounts to Nimble after I disputed the Amounts Due, due to the billing that was incorrect. After Paying the one account for almost a Year now they still have not updated my Credit Record with ITC, The two accounts still shows R17 000 and R13 000 in total debt and the Installments exactly the same thus it shows that I owe R30 000 per Month (In installments) this is insane the information on ITC is incorrect and have not been corrected AFTER I made Arrangements for the one account, you WILLING to call for your money and make arrangements, but when it comes to correct stuff that affects my rating (EVEN IF THE STUFF IS WRONG) you cannot fix it, I tried calling the Call Centre more than 50 times without any success!! The one is almost paid up still ITC is not updated and the otherone is most probably prescribed or induplem, I still have not seen any statment since 2013/2014... unacceptable! PLEASE FIX MY ITC RECORDS WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION
