Long wait and horrible attitude

I'm at Galleria, I go to cellc store to buy airtime I kindly inform the guy at the door I want to buy airtime ahe points me to a lady. I go to her and I tell her I need airtime but she just looked at me and than I wait for almost 15 minutes (mind you I'm the only customer waiting - not attended). I ask her again if she's the only one working today she's says the other is at toilet and she mumbles where the other is. Well I wait. I tell them I have been waiting for a very long time the guy who came back from the (Kalhoun) laughed at me. I'm angry and fuming with the way they treated me and gave attitude i can't explain because I'm angry. I need this to be attended, I dealt with Adele and Kalhoun. People apply for jobs but treat customers horrible just because its Friday amd feeling lazy.
