Long wait.....

<p>I have been following up and sending emails and phoning Cell C for the past 2 or 3 months now. In December I moved over a number from Vodacom to Cell C and when we took out the contract with Cell C we were informed that it would be on buy back and we would get R5000 back on the contract. Needless to say I have not seen the money and no one at Cell C gets back to me with regards to this. We now have Vodacom that wants their money because we cancelled the contract prematurely, yet Cell C does not come up with feedback. The emails gets passed from one person to the next, if I phone I get told to email the business desk and the business desk tells me it has been escalated. It has now been months of escalating without any answer. What is going on, why am I struggling like this? In the beginning I told everyone how great the service is, now I'm thinking you guys are becoming like the rest! Full of empty promises and no service.</p>
