Long time paid up contractor

Pathetic service I had a contract that ended in 2020 even today my records on credit bureau still shows that I owe them I have been calling ***** useless customer care going to their useless branches for only getting proof that I don’t have contract with them is almost 3 years now with out help I so wish no one will take up business with them and they close down I have never see a company that doesn’t care like Cell see. I spoke to Dimakatso who was clue less and refused to give me the reference number for my call, who asked me one question over and over I wonder who train their staff and if they don’t know who will know must I go to MTN to get assisted with Cell C query?
