Long time clients mean nothing still

After my initial complaint of being a long time client of Cell C and having there very unprofessional and complete lack of concern regarding upgrading, I received a call from Moses who although sympathetic also advised that they cannot just make provision for one long time client??, I explained that its more about trying to assist these clients and not just telling us as clients this is the only contracts available or take a cheap entry level phone. He also advised that he did not see any escalation of the case on what they call a system (they are unable to see how long you have been with them unless they request it from archives? how does a retention team work with that lack of information?) I found this strange given that according to the retention supervisor he was sending my query to finance to see if they can do anything (this after several calls)?? Moses mailed me and asked that I mail him on Tuesday if there is no feedback, obviously I have received no feedback and I mailed Moses who has also not responded to my mail. It is once again clear that as a long time client or any of Cell C you really don't matter and its clear they would not like my business any longer after 14yrs
