Long time clients mean nothing

I have been a long time client of cell c (over 13 years) on trying to upgrade from my Samsung S4 I was shocked to hear the prices of the contracts for a current flagship phone (Samsung S6, Sony Z3 etc) but offer far less benefits in terms of minutes, data. On querying this I was told \these are our packages and that's it". Even when explaining to the consultants in what they call a retention team that there competition are offering packages with these new phones with more benefits (in terms of data and minutes) at better pricing only to be told they are trying to gain market share (yes its called doing business). I tried explaining to numerous consultants and even a supervisor that I refuse to pay much more and get far less on what is already a market competitive premium for the contract"
