Long Standing Loyal great payer client is of NO value to Cell C
Logged call with Cell C reference 522717 on 6 October. I get a call today from Cell C reading me the riot act about how they cant reverse a R70 fee. Very rude. If I wanted the book thrown at me I would not have logged a dispute. I logged the dispute as funds were in my account when the debit order ran. You could have at least asked me to send proof of my bank account but NO you do not care about loyal longstanding customers, No wonder there is no much bad publicity about Cell C. Good day I had funds transferred into my account on the debit order run date but it cleared overnight. The debit order ran and was unpaid but my bank recognized their error and reversed the unpaid item fee as it was there fault that my inter account transfer of funds was not cleared immediately. I am a longstanding loyal and excellent payer with Cell C. I have 4 contracts with Cell C
We have no contracts with any other service provider I sent proof of payment of R378.99 made on 4 October.
Please kindly reverse the penalty fee charged of R70. I can send proof of my bank statement that the funds were in my account and that the bank reversed their unpaid item fee due to acknowledgment of system error.
unpaid fee from service provider must be addressed with service provider
you will be losing 4 contracts and I will be chatting with Brett Levy who is a client of mine

They advised that any other charges which are penalty from the service provider in this case Cell C must be reversed by Cell C as long as I can show Cell C proof that my bank was in receipt of my funds at the time Cell C processed the debit order.
So my bank is stating that Cell C must refund R70 penalty fee to me. All my bank can do is prove to Cell C that funds were in my account at the time the debit order was processed.
You should read all reviews here from customers. It seems in general Cell C is not willing to help customers
