Long outstanding complaint

Report posted last week. <br> Someone attempted to call me but my phone was flat. <br> <br> I upgraded my 3 contracts on 2 September. I then migrated another from MTN. I was promised free whatsapp and facebook. After about a week I received a sms stating my account was R1400. This the one number still having no billing. I requested copies of the recording. I am being ignored. My billing for this month is again over R1400. You just don't seem to care if your customers are are unhappy. Your service is beyond dismal. I made the biggest mistake of my life by taking my 4 contracts. I wonder if you will even bother to respond to this. Totally disgusted<br> <br> Please call me again. Best time is after 6pm
