Long loyal customer with no reward ...

I am a cell C customer for 12 years using the same number ,upgrading every two years , spending an average of 300-600 a month . My upgrade is currently due and I called in to expedite a one day special on the 8 June 2018 for a iphone se on a pinnacle package for R199. The consultant does a pre check and advises me that I only qualify for a R150 deal , I didnt accept and asked her to escalate it to the department which can correct it . Three calls later from my side and still no IPHONE SE. Im not making an unreasonable request , the subscription(199)is within my monthly spend so im failing to understand how come Im being treated this way . I have decided that if I don't get this deal I will cancel my contract with Cell C and move to another network that appreciates my business.
