Locked out of Cell C Online

I never suspected that the Cell C website only allows upper case, as a result, when I entered my password three times using a combination of upper and lower case, I was locked out of the on-line system. I called 140 as instructed and spoke to Temba. It appears that no-one knows what to do, even the technical line on ***5. I was simply given the run around and even told to install the APP on my modem (something that is impossible). After a few hours, I have given up. If Cell C wants to keep my business, please resolve this matter so that I can buy airtime to convert to data for my modem.
