Livid Fustrated Fuming I dont recommend Cell C to anyone.

I dont know why i renewed my contract last week. I received my new Device CAT S52 on Tuesday 8th, its faulty the battery does not last a day. I have phoned 4 times today this mornig, been put through to 3 people and then get told to phone 084145 and press 2, which this is the number i always phone. Then i press all the options and then i get discounted x 2. Please get someone to call me immediatley, or i will cancel my contract with you people once and for all. Do your staff know what is going on, do they actually want to work. What the heck is the problem. I am livid and fuming!!!!!!
