Listing Still Not Updated
I was issued a payment letter in the 6th of June 2021. It’s been almost a month and the listing has not been updated on ITC.
I have been sending numerous emails in the past two weeks. I finally got a response saying “funds have not been allocated.
It’s disappointing as the payment letter advises it will take 2-15 working days
Please rectify ASAP
