Listed on itc by cell c for an account I don't know.

I was shocked to know that cell c says I owe them R38444.00. They claim I took an iPhone 10 and Huawei P40 in 2019 at Riverside mall. I only knew about that in February 2021 when I checked my itc records. I never owned the type of phones they claim I took. I went to Riverside mall to request for the copy of the contract that I signed I was told they don't have it. 2. I asked for their security video camera for that day I could not get it. 3. I asked for their head office contact numbers I was unable to get them The worst nightmare is I cannot sign any contract or deal be it for house, a car or anything. I am labeled a bad payer because of an account I don't know and also because of either the incompetency of their employees or an arrangement between cell c employees and the de**********. I just don't understand how on earth can a person open an account with my details. This is so frustrating.
