LISTED AT ITC AFTER CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I have received a letter of contract cancellation from Cell C dated 30 April 2015, in response to the letter that I sent them to request that they cancel my contract because I was not happy with the products. My concern now is that they have listed me with ITC,and when I phone/email CELL C to ask why,I have not get a valid answer to my question. I was told that SELECT-ON-LINE was the company that listed me,but when I contacted them they refered me back to CELL C Legal Dept, to sort my query. This query has been logged <br> <br> The Legal Department has not been able to respond to my query, yesterday when I phoned them,they wanted to refer me to their Repairs Dept of which I refused to be transfered there,because the last person by the name Thabo that I spoke to in Legal said he will investigate an come back to me within 10 working days.
