LISTED AT ITC AFTER CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I have received a letter of contract cancellation from Cell C dated 30 April 2015, in response to the letter that I sent them to request that they cancel my contract because I was not happy with the products. My concern now is that they have listed me with ITC,and when I phone/email CELL C to ask why,I have not get a valid answer to my question. I was told that SELECT-ON-LINE was the company that listed me,but when I contacted them they refered me back to CELL C Legal Dept, to sort my query. This query has been logged and its still not resolved. I have tried a few times to contact their Legal Dept and sometimes the phone just rings without an answer. <br> <br> After I wrote to Hello Peter on the 11/12/2013 a lady by the name of Nelly from Cell C,contacted me (on 13/12/2015) saying she will be handling the matter and she will see to it that we resolve the issue. I tried to follow up with their H/O and I was told there is no one by the name Nelly in the Legal Dept.<br> <br> I am writting again to say the issue is still not resolved and I am hoping that HELLO PETER will help me.<br> .<br> <br> :(1).
