Line suspended - Credit not passed

I was given an incorrect package when I did my upgrade. They listened to the call and a lady by the name of Ruth called me and apologised saying they will pass a credit of R1190. This was in September, I called in and I was told it takes 2-3 days for credits to be passed. So I did not pay at the end of September. I got an sms last week that my line will be suspended if I did not pay.I called in and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Itumeleng from Customer care, he said he will look into it. He returned my call and said my lines will not be suspended he confirmed and there is a credit to be passed. My lines got suspended yesterday. I called in no one could help me, I called in again in the evening and I spoke to Nosipho from customer care. She refused to open the lines, I asked to speak to her supervisor. She came back onto the line and said the supervisor confirmed the the line must be opened because there is a pending case, but ********** 029 is not opened. I called this morning and spoke to another person who sounds irritated , I gave her my case number ********** 064 and she said the case is still open and not yet concluded so she cannot open the line. Is it my fault you take over a month to resolve something and for your mistake my line must be suspended? I DID NOT PAY BECAUSE A CREDIT MUST BE PASSED FOR R1190.

Please can someone get back to me asap. Open my lines and sort out your admin.
