Line suspended after an arrangement was made

I have 6 contracts with Cell C.

According to Cell C my account is in arrears - I dont understand how that is even possible but I made an arrangement to pay the R1100.00 today. This morning all my line were suspended.

I then called Cell C and spoke to a Buyswe Dube - what a unhelpful human being. Arrogant and useless person - I dont know how an individual like this adds anything to a company.

Instead of assisting me to find a solution (the R1100.00 was paid this morning as agreed) she went out of her way to upset me with her terrible attitude.
