Line suspended

Cellc is the worst service provider ever, they dont know wgether they are coming or going. My services where suspended on the 8th for for no apparent reasons. I called on tge 09 of August i was told i was owing, as i was about to send POP to confirm that i did pay. I received an sms to say that payment received sevices gave reactivated. Ok that was fine come the following day my service are suspended. Called customer service i was dropped twice as they could not explain why i have been suspended again.
