Line is suspended and i paid the outstanding amount 7 days back

i have a contract with cell c, unfortunately at the end of the month they couldnt get funds on my account and as soon as i realised this i made an arrangment for payment and they did not debit, they suspended my sim cards and all.. i made sure that i pay and send a proof of payment and was told the lines will be released in 24 hours now its been over 7 days and my lines are still suspended and i cant even make a call to customer care because my lines are suspended. what i dont understand is why do you block customer care number how will i get hold of customer care...Iam now using my office line and i have been holding for over an hour now for the 3rd time this week..i hate cell c and as soon as they answer im cancelling my contract...CELL C IS ******* and im gonna make sure that i spread the word to friends and family
