Line blocked 5th time in a matter of 2 weeks!!!!

Line was blocked because I refused to pay for Getmore services which I cancelled last year in Aug 2017 however I am still being billed for it. I have called and spoken to 44 people in total unto and including today just to have the Getmore services removed totally from both my contracts. this is the thing that I don't get, My contracts is with Cell C and I have paid my contracts so why is the cell c lines blocked???????????

This is the worst service provider ever. Its like you have to call in daily to unblock your lines.

Its funny how people learn from their mistakes, yet Cell C and getmore plays the blame game and 5 months down the line have still not learned how to fix their mistakes.
