Line Blocked

<p>About 3 years ago, i bought a cell phone from a company called 360 solutions, this was the phone, the line and free minutes with the understanding that after 2 years the line will become pre paid. November 2015 I paid the phone finished and carried on using the line as a pre paid. Tuesday my line stopped working, I called Cell C who informed me that 360 solutions has gone bancrupt and all lines has been suspended!! I use my phone for business and now I am stuck. I was told by Cell C that there is not much they can do, its with there legal department, and they will be migrating the lines, today is Thursday and this has yet to be done!! Each time I call Cell C i speak to a differrnt person who ahs no idea what is going on!! In the mean time I am loosing business and money!! Why cant they just migrate the line and get on woth it, at the end of the day I am a Cell C customer, I stopped being a 360 Solutions customer the day my contrcat with them ended!!!</p> <p> </p>
