Limit was increased without my knowledge

Good day.

I purchased an extra gig of data on my account last month. The sales agent never made me aware that they were increasing my limit. Now I have spent an extra amount on the account which I feel is unfair. If u listen to the recording, the sales agent never made me aware of this and I would like to dispute that I need to pay for this. As u are well aware, out of bundle data rates are ridiculous. I would have rather recharged than spent this unnecessary amount on out of bundle rates. Please contact me so we can resolve this.
