Limit on my line without asking

I have taken out a new contract with Cell C in August. (I do have an existing contract with Cell C, however via Glocell). when I signed for the new contract, I explicitly asked for no limit on my line, as I travel overseas regularly and cannot have a limit on my line, this is the same with my other contrac. However, after using the phone for about 2 weeks, I got a message that I only have R34 left on my line, my limit is only R50. I was at this stage in Italy. I then called Cell C call centre( via international roaming), and after 25 minutes on the line the issue was still not resolved. I could only get R400 limit on my line, and the agent then said she had to escalate it further in order to get a higher limit. today, when I got back in south Africa, I phoned Cell C call centre to find out what is happening with my request, just to find out that the request for removing the limit from my line has not been forwarded for processing by the agent.

what is extremely unprofessional are the following:

1. When signing the contract, I explicitly asked for no limits on my line. I was never informed that this is not going to be done by Cell C.

2. when calling the call centre from Italy, it took 25 minutes with the agent, after I told her numerous times I am calling from overseas, to please be quick, without any resolution.

3. That I was told by Cell C that I can have a maximum limit on my line off only R400, after I have aksed during the signing process for it to be unlimited, and was not advised any different.

4. That the agent did not even submit my request to have no limit, or a limit of at least R5,000 on my line.

I am flying out tonight again to the USA, and I want this matter to be resolved today. I would also like Cell C to re-imburse me for the 25 minute call I had to make from Italy for information that was not provided to me by Cell C during the contract period.

Best regards,
I just received a call from you call centre agent, Grace, reference number ********** 519, informing me that my request for international roaming and no limit on my line has been declined, because it is a new account, and the account must be 3 months old before this request will be considered. No where, during the signing of the contract, was I made aware of this, even after I have requested for no limits and international roaming during the signing process.
This means that I have signed a contract with Cell C, where Cell C has provided me with incorrect information. If I was aware that I was not going to get international roaming or an unlimited line, I would not have signed the contract.
When I requested with Grace, during the call, either the international roaming and no limit on my line to be approved immediately, or if not, I want the contratc to be cancelled, I was informed by Grace, the Cell C AGENT, that I must then pay the cancellation fees - FOR A CONTRACT THAT WAS SINGED WHERE FALSE INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED BY CELL C? I do not think so.
If Cell C does not correct this before close of business, I will take it up with my lawyers.
