limit increased without consent

<p>my limit was increased without my knowledge on an open line data contract and when i call in they say they see someone changed it but cant tell me who.that was on the 27/09 a whole week later without feedback i call again and they tell me it will be escalated and its still not resolved</p> <p>not only is this unprofessional but it is disrespectful for them to make changes on MY account without my consent or notifying me of changes and up until now they cannot provide me with a resolution</p>
