Limit Increase

Cell C increased my limit without my acknowledgement, I phoned them a month ago to tell them that my limit was on R10 but they refused and said the minimum limit they can give is R50. I then told them to investigate this matter as they have deducted R400 whereas my contract is R150 per month and i knowing that i always have a limit, i can never get that far. No one ever came back to me to give any feedback. They always advise us that all calls are recorded but they can not pull they recording of the time when i set the limit. This month they debited again R574 from my account. To me it seems like i have to change my banking details as i can not tolerate such nonsense. Cell C is a **** and they rob people. This is a breach of contract for me. Doing changes on my account without my knowledge is not permitted.
