Life in danger non abidement of agreement

<p>CellC abused my debit order so I took the privilege away. I wrote an agreement accepted by CellC Even after paying them they often cut my cell phone before the end of the month. I pay for a service for a month, not 25 days. I always pay them on the first of the month. If not within the first 7 days of the month as prescribed by the law. I get harassed by CellC with threats of cutting off my service before the !st of the month and have done so many times. I have medical complications and it is my only means of communication with people outside of my cottage. THEY ARE PUTTING MY LIFE AT RISK. I spoke to a person in the legal department but was told that they are not in breach of our agreement and it's not a legal matter.
