Lies........Lies.........Lies that is the Moto of Cell C worst customer service ever

Cellc is by far to worse business to deal with, the lies that goes on in that cancellation department is a norm... for them it is a normal day to day business to lie to customers to get through the day! i asked for my contract to be cancelled....i paid up the cancellation fee plus 1 month of my contract fee.... The cellc consultant asked if i wanted an immediate cancellation of which i agreed, he did not tell me that a 150gigs of my data will also be taken away ! i paid in full for my data it dam belongs to me, i called in on Monday afternoon again promised to be called by a manager to assist me.... i had to call again in Tuesday as no 1 called me.... on Tuesday i spoke to the consultant K****tso who had me on the phone for over 25mins asking dum questions because the manager had to know the nature of the issue before taking my call.... What does the manager think she is the president ? dam idiot... Siphokazi was the manager that finally came and again **** to say that she will assist still waiting for her call,,,,, i tired calling again yesterday and she was in a meeting the entire day as usual, again lies...lies...lies..... advise to customers please move over your contract to MTN or VODACOM you will regret the day you require help from Cell C.......... never again will i ever consider Cell C ... i have 4 contracts with Mtn for the last 8 years no issues at all... i have 1 contract with Cell C for under a Year and it is full off issues
