Lies, lies to get people to sign deal

<p>When the Iphone 7 was launched in SA i decided to get one for myself. I chose cell c from all the networks, less did i know that i will experince a heartache with their service.I browsed on the cell c website for their special offers and found the Iphone 7 256gb that had a cash back of R3000. I app**** for the special and i received an activation Quote that i read out and the phone specification was not what i had requested with the consultant that assisted me. I however responded to the e-mail to indicate that i specifically want a gold phone, and to the other consultant who called me to finalise the deal (from head office) i told him that the specification of the phone captured is not what i requested, he said he will follow up with the first consulted that assisted me. I then received an e-mail from customer service that they will call me in 2 days, to today i have not received any communication from cell c.when my phone was delivered i found that they did not make changes as i requested, they delivered a black phone to me. To today i have not received the cash back on the special they had, when i call customer care i hold like i'm looking for a piece job from them and end up not being assisted. The service that i have experience thus far has been terrible. I have spoken to more than 3 consultants and none have helped me. I'm just so frustrated by the way cell c treats their clients. All the information that was supposed to be related to me was not, everytime i call cell c customer care i'm told different stories. I have no desire for people that do not respect peoples time and money.</p>
