Lies lies to get a sale

Cell c worst service provider Ever!!!! 2019 I was on this site as they would not stop taking my money after my contract was completed and confirmation sent to cancel. Now I am back here as a telephone sale with the agent confirming my Sim card would be month to month. I have sent an email in January 2021 requesting a copy of the voice note. And some extra follow up emails throughout the past year and not 1 cell c agent has called me. The only calls I have received from from their debt collectors. I need answers! Your sales agent **** to me over the phone! Yes a big fat lie to get a sale! I will never advise anyone to make use of ur services!
