<p>i took a contract with cell c and april this month it ended. strangely they still deducted by may june and july...upon phoning them now, i was told by thando that lady, you never sent in a cancelation letter at the end of your contract and hibo, cell c has the right to hand you over for non payment of r325.08 still owing because you finished your contract and never told your service provider of your intentions...........PEOPLE WAKE UP. CELL C IS OUT TO FILL THEIR POCKETS NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WORKED FOR YOUR SALARY. their policy is *******. as well as their service...........................................................will be in shock for days!</p>

As per the terms and conditions, if the contract is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then the contract will run for the contract period and after
that it will continue on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
You can cancel the agreement by giving Cell C SP 20 working days written notice or notice in any other recorded form of your intention for cancellation.
We have the terms and conditions on our website, under subscriber agreements.
