Lies Lies and more dam Lies

My contract ends on the 23rd February 2015. I have given the 30 days notice. I need a sim swop! Now I am told by an unfriendly call centre operator it is 60 days notice. With the very bad publicity Cell C got regarding the banner on Beyers Naude Drive and then a damning judgement against them in the High Court, you would think that training and truthfulness would become number one priority! No one told me 60 days. No one told me the cost of cancelling the contract and going to prepaid is another R50,00 for a new sim card. Are you that desperate for money or what? Another thing is you are not allowed to leave a message for a manager. Why are you too important to talk to your clients the ones who keep your company in business
