Lies and pathetic service

On the 23.10.2018 I wrote a review on hello Peter and received a phone call the very next day promising me that my refund will be in my account on Monday 29.10.2018 and the consultant will give me a call an double check. To date no refund and no follow up as usual. The very same day I tried to do a Sim swop with a Sim card sent to me by Cell C and there was an error. Was promised to be called back the same day to rectify error however once again to date no follow up. All I've been hearing from the consultants is lies and empty promises. I wish someone in that organization can sort out their pathetic customer service.
