Lies and more lies while I have snail pace internet

Snail paced data and given 3 different stories each time I call in. The latest is they are having connectivity issues for past 2 weeks and are working on it. Truth at last!! But what is happening to the service I am paying through the nose for and not getting. They posted a call and will call me back....yeah right, wont hold my breath on that one. This is grounds to end all 3 my contracts and move to another provider.
