Lies and Miscommunication

Worst service in a long time. Thanks to Tshepo Mahlangu. It has been lies and miscommunication since day one. Even when Sindi Dulwana, tried to rectify the damage done by Tshepo, she messed up too because Tshepo had given the wrong information.

I am at a loss for words, C-Fiber gives super service, So I went with Cell-C, instead of a XZ1 and PS4 on vodacom for slightly cheaper. Never did I imagine the lies that I had to put up with.

The Saga continues, Tsepiso, who deals with complaints, promised to call back yesterday but did not. WOW. The only person who was helping me is off today (well deserved, she actually keeps my hope alive). So will probably have to wait till tomorrow to get this resolved.
