LIES AND GROSS INCOMPETENCE

They have been giving me the run around too after a sales person didn't action my upgrade but created a new line, sent me 2 hansets together with 2 SIM cards. I contacted them and was assured by email that it had been rectified. Only to find that was all lies and that SIPHO MHLALI **** and seemed to be *********** as I was billed for the neww line and after reurning the extra handest no records were update accordingly. It is clear the "Valued Customers" of 20 years are also treated disgustingly and useless sales people are left to continue lying to customers as there is nobody supervising them or teaching them what integrity and honesty are. So we are left dealing with the same problems over and over as the staff are either uneducated or just plain stuoid! No wonder Cell C has no credibility left!!!
