Lies and bad service from Cell C

Hi called to upgrade my phone on the 15th of October, the sales consultant stated that they had just received stock of the Iphone 13 pro max and that he would push to get my order processed and shipped to me asap, my upgrade was done and now almost 5 weeks later i still dont have my phone,

Every second day i call to do a follow up, every time i get a bunch of promises thats not kept, ranging from we will have stock the next day, or my the end of the week, when i ask for an ETA they cant confirm, nobody seems to know what is going on, this is poor service!!!

How long am i to wait for my stock?
