LIES and *****

I have had a contract with cellc for almost 3years now cause either changed banks i got penalized for so come debit order that was so called late but i called a month in advance for bank changes. And also asked lady i spoke to will i be penalized for it and got told no mam you will continue paying same amount as you are just to find out its a BIG FAT LIE. I dont know what is going on but i am so disappointed at Cell i will not renew my contract anymore cause i cant trust them!!!
