Lies about Cell c

i DID COMPLAIN ABOUT cELL c Last month they did get back to me via phone call. They did not pay all my money they owe me back. The money they owe me was more that R2000. tHEY ONLY PAID ME r600 in my accout, They promised to take of the R322 OF CREDIT BEARU THEY NEVER DID IT IS STILL THERE, wHY MUST I SEND THEM A SCREEN SHOT FOR THEM TO SEE. i did noyt put it there they did so they need to have a look and take it off i dont owe them a dime
