Cell c just lies, how can you even advertise a black app deal for a data bundle knowing full well people are going to think its anytime data not limited to an APN for an application that is not finished, does not work or load. utter bull****. i don't care about the cost i am disgusted that they would use a gimic like this into tricking their customers into buying a service they know full well does not ****ing work. plus the data purchased (1gig) will now got to ****ing waste. thank you cell-muther****ing-c, go **** yourself stop ****ing the people!

30 Nov 2017, 11:16There is a difference between normal data and black data, whether you use any channel to purchase, it clearly states black data bundles and data bundles.
