**** to when upgrading

I upgraded my contract with Crhristin at Fourways Mall on the 18th of December with a Samsung S6 Edge and was told I'd get gear worth R 1999 with my cell phone at the time. A few moments later I was told that the gear only comes with new contracts and not upgrades. I went to two other cell c stores and was told that the gear comes with either a new contract or an upgrade. I called Christin at fourways mall to query about this but he told me that he can't give me the gear because my contract is already done! ***???!!! So they lief about me not receiving the gear but when I query I'm told I can't get it because they've finished processing my upgrade??? I want that gear and a good explanation for this.
