**** ABOUT LTE 'MONTH-ON-MONTH CONTRACT

In February 2021 I took out a month-month LTE Data contact with Cell C. I has signed up at Riverside Mall, Nelspruit Branch with Supiti

The contact that I took was a month of month data deal that was advertised by Cell C. The Cell C consultant confirmed that I could cancel anytime with not cost as there is no device attached or a commitment amount.

After having consistent issue with network reported to Cell C, I now opted to cancel. On the 14 July 2022, I was told there is a settlement required and that my contract was not different. I requested the original copy of my contract.

I went to branch and spoke to Supiti, who confirmed that the contract was month and Cell C has changed the terms of the contact after. As well as other customer complained about the same issue.

A really dishonest way to operate... Stay clear of the supposed 'month-on-month' LTE contract, it's a trap.
